Coenzyme Q10 by Extrifit contains 30 mg of coenzyme Q10 per capsule, one of the most important substances found in animal cells. It is a vitamin-like substance.
Coenzyme Q10 is partly produced by the body and partly taken in through food. As we age, the ability to produce coenzyme Q10 decreases and there is a risk of deficiency. Likewise, the intake of coenzyme Q10 is important when our bodies are subjected to stresses such as intense strength training, even more so when combined with a strict diet.
Coenzyme Q10 is absolutely essential for oxidoreduction reactions and functions as a cellular energy reactivator, a stabilizer of cell membranes and a cofactor in many metabolic processes.
DOSAGE:
Take 1 - 2 capsules of Q10 per day depending on your body weight and intensity of physical activity.
Take one capsule with breakfast, the second capsule later in the day.
