Iontex Forte is a highly assembled ionic and regenerative drink to supplement minerals, vitamins and energy during sports performance and performance. The amount of minerals and vitamins is optimally adjusted to the daily recommended dosage. The source of energy is taurine and a carbohydrate matrix containing palatose (Isomaltulose ™). The energy is thus ideally relaxed. You can drink Iontex Forte for sports activities of various character - both fitness exercises and endurance training or any other physical activity. Particularly suitable for those sports that have a longer duration or where there is a greater loss of sweat fluid.

Why use ionic drinks?
During physical exercise (and especially in large heat), our body sometimes loses its hardly believable amount of water. Worse, not only water, but also a large number of ions, causing the whole organism to get into a strong imbalance, which can also result in collapse. Imagine your body as the engine you drive at high speed. If you do not lubricate and cool it enough, you either overheat or get stuck. And it will happen to your body. In the best case (for example, if you are not interested in endurance sports but in bodybuilding, you will get cramps in the right muscles and both your strength and endurance performance will be reduced). USE: Extrifit Iontex Forte 600 g

Recommended dosage:

- Take 20 minutes before and during training

- The drink is intended for direct consumption

• individuals with lower body weight and / or lower intensity: 1 dose = 20 g

• individuals with higher body weight and / or higher intensity: 1 dose = 40 g

• dilution for a hypotonic beverage: dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) in 450-600 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm / kg)

• Dilution for isotonic drink: Dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) in 350 ml of water (osmolality in the range 275 - 305 mOsm / kg)

• Dilute for a hypotonic drink: Dissolve 40 g (2 scoops) in 850-1000 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm / kg)

• Dilution for isotonic drink: Dissolve 40 g (2 scoops) in 700 ml (osmolality in the range 275 - 305 mOsm / kg)

• Maximum daily dose: 4 scoops
