Healthy fats are essential to our body, much like vitamins, all the more during intensive training. Include healthy forms of fat in your diet and supplement them with our product Omega 3 - 1000 mg. Omega 3 - 1000 mg from Extrifit is supplemented with vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
DOSAGE:
Take 3 to 4 capsules a day, depending on body weight and intensity of physical activity. Distribute the daily dose throughout the day, for example in the morning, midday and evening. Take with food.
