Omega 3-6-9 contains a combination of omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids (1000 mg per capsule) enriched with vitamin E (10 mg per capsule).

DOSAGE:
Take 1 - 3 capsules per day depending on body weight and intensity of physical activity.
Spread the daily dose throughout the day, for example morning and evening, or morning, noon and evening. Take with meals.
