Extrifit Protein Pancake 20% is an instant version of high protein protein with low carbohydrate content. Protein content 20%. Right dried and lyophilized fruit and high quality chocolate with just 1.2 g of sugar in the whole bag.
DESCRIPTION: Extrifit Protein Pancake 20 % - 50 g
Fantastic protein pancake with 10 g of protein! No food substitute, but real and dietary food, but no hard cooking. Excellent dietary values and a wonderful pancake taste. They contain 20% of the protein and are a product for pancake preparation as an ideal breakfast or snack with a complex composition and a very high content of premium quality protein. Each serving contains 10 g of protein and more than 1900 mg of BCAA. The main source of protein in pancakes is whey 80% protein concentrate, supplemented with dried egg white, the carbohydrate component is a combination of oats, rice and buckwheat, resulting in a super source of complex polysaccharides.

Buckwheat is a nutritionally valuable food (it is not a cereal, as people sometimes think). It is a one-year-old plant from the family of rhodes. It does not contain gluten, so it has become increasingly popular in recent years. It is a great source of complex carbohydrates, it contains about ten percent of protein and a small amount of fat as well as a great deal of vitamins, minerals and routine, substances that promote vitamin C absorption and affect blood vessel quality. Buckwheat also has a positive effect on digestive system function.
Chia Safflower Seeds have been a major hit in recent years because of their great nutritional value. They are a source of proteins, carbohydrates, fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. They have hydrophilic properties - they can bind large amounts of water to improve hydration and also regulate the digestion of nutrients including sugars, helping to prevent fluctuations in blood sugar levels. The fat contained in chia seeds is mainly omega-3 fatty acids, which have a number of known positive health effects.
Inulin (fiber) is a stock that is found in a number of plants. Inulin is most often obtained from the root of the chicory and used as a fine white powder. It belongs among so-called indigestible oligosaccharides, so it has no energy content. During digestion, it passes through the colon, where it becomes a source of nutrients for the intestinal bacterial microflora, which is not only important for proper bowel function. Recently, inulin has been a major hit in nutrition and is a component of a range of functional foods.
Oats, most commonly in the form of oat flakes, are already a traditional source of nutritional and functional nutrition in functional and sports nutrition. It has the highest protein content of all cereals, it is a source of quality polysaccharides and also has a high content of fiber, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. It is also recommended for exhaustion and fatigue, thanks to the high content of B vitamins, iron, zinc, magnesium and complex of other valuable substances, it promotes regeneration and positively affects the function of the nervous system.
Rice is one of the most important cereals besides oats, wheat and rye. USE: Extrifit Protein Pancake 20 % - 50 g
For the ideal result, follow the instruction manual! Mix the contents of the bag thoroughly in 100 ml of water and gradually (2-4 pancakes) roast on a hot Teflon or titanium pan, wiped with a thin layer of oil (preferably olive). Preparation time 3-4 minutes on one side and about 1 minute on the other side. The content of one bag is intended for the preparation of 2 - 4 pancakes.
