Brewer's yeast - yeast is primarily known as a rich source of B vitamins. In addition to these vitamins, they contain a variety of minerals - calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium or sodium and trace elements - iron, manganese, copper, zinc or iodine. Minerals are also an important source of essential amino acids or unsaturated fatty acids.
