Vitamin C
Vitamin C cannot be produced by our body, so it must be obtained from external sources and in sufficient quantities from food or food supplements.
The recommended dosage is 80 mg in a single day. The optimal dose is set at 200 mg per day and in some exceptional cases in specific diseases the dose can be increased up to 500 - 1000 mg per day.
DOSAGE:
Dissolve 1 tablets per day in 200 ml of drinking water or cold tea.
Children under 12 years of age half the stated dose.
