MycoMedica Auricularia extract is fruiting bodies and is therefore about 20 times more concentrated than the dried powder from fungi. The content of polysaccharides in the extract MycoMedica Auricularia is at least 25% (250 mg / g).

MycoMedica Auricularia - Judas ear is rich in minerals, vitamins and polysaccharides and is also a source of antioxidant melanin.

The fruit of the Judas ear is 3-10 cm in diameter and 0.1-0.3 cm thick. During growth they take on a shape similar to a human ear. They grow on fallen trunks and branches of deciduous trees (beech, ash, maple, acacia, elder, etc.).

Auricularia auricula is widely used in the food industry and since ages also in natural medicine. In Asia, the Judas Ear bollworm was cultivated as early as 1500 years ago and is still an integral part of Chinese dishes. Judas ear is considered one of the oldest edible mushrooms. Its bland taste is not everyone's cup of tea, but its consistency makes it perfect for thickening sauces. But the use of Auricularia to promote human health also has a tradition dating back several centuries. Today, the mushroom is mainly cultivated in Taiwan.

USE:

1-2 capsules per day (2-3 months per year) max. 3-4 capsules per day (it is advisable to consult a doctor or practitioner of Chinese medicine) take the capsule on an empty stomach (at least 20 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal), with water or weak tea.
