GREEN tea is extracted from a plant known as the Chinese tea plant (Camellia sinensis) through a special processing and fermentation process, which gives Puerh tea its unique characteristic and taste.
It is made from fresh tea leaves that are quickly processed to prevent oxidation. This allows the fresh green colour of the leaves and the distinctive aroma to be preserved. Green tea is known for its high levels of antioxidants and refreshing taste
It contains a wide range of bioactive compounds such as catechins, caffeine, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, flavonoids, polysaccharides, chlorophyll.
Tea is grown from seeds - higher natural protection from pests and diseases, diverse gene pool of plants in colors and shapes - resulting in richer taste and much more added value to the human body.
USE:
Place 5 g of tea leaves in a 500 ml teapot, pour water at 95-100 °C (just after boiling) and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Then let the tea cool to below 40°C.
Cold infusion
Put 5g of tea in a 500ml teapot, pour in room temperature water and leave the tea leaves to infuse freely in the water without a strainer and store overnight in the fridge. In the morning, strain the tea leaves through a sieve.
