USE:
The recommended daily dose is the content of 1 teaspoon.
Part 1 of the detoxification treatment (14 days)
Take a teaspoon of the product every day in the morning, on an empty stomach or stir into a drink (recommended GREEN tea from SUPRAMEDEX, kombucha, water kefir, water, etc., max. temperature up to 40 °C) and drink in one go or sip throughout the day)
Then take a break for 28 days (due to the wormwood contained, which naturally contains hallucinogenic substances).
Part 2 of the detoxification treatment (14 days)
Take a teaspoon of the product every day in the morning, on an empty stomach or mix in a drink (recommended GREEN tea from SUPRAMEDEX, kombucha, water kefir, water, etc., max. temperature up to 40 °C) and drink it all at once or sip it throughout the day.
The contents of the VITAL pack are sufficient for one detoxification treatment.
Supramedex Extra
Take long term, take a break of one week after one year's use, two weeks after two years, etc., in order to prevent the body from developing antibodies to the active substances contained in the products.
Supramedex Power
Nevertheless, it is recommended to discontinue use after approximately 3 months (use of the entire 900 g pack).
