USE:
Mix 2 level scoops (10 g) with 300-400 ml of water and drink immediately after physical activity. To change the flavor and sweetness of the drink, you can adjust the amount of water used for preparation. The prepared drink is intended for immediate consumption. The maximum daily dose is 10 g.
