Psyllium
Psyllium is a soluble fiber obtained from the cleaned seeds of plantain. It grows primarily in India, but also in Iraq, Pakistan and Australia.
 
Psyllium can increase its volume in the digestive tract by up to 40 times, and the resulting gel absorbs excess liquid and, by ordinary swelling, removes harmful waste from the tract.

USE:

Mix 1-2 teaspoons (2.5-5g) in a glass of water (30 ml per 1g psyllium) and drink thoroughly with another cup of liquid (min. 250 ml).
 
The maximum daily dose is 5 teaspoons. The amount can be divided into several daily doses, which need to be drunk thoroughly.
 
Maximum Daily Doses of Psyllium Dr. Popov (1 teaspoon = approximately 2.5 g):
– an adult – 5 teaspoons
– pregnant women – 1 teaspoon
- breastfeeding mothers - 1.5 teaspoons
- small children from 6 years of age - 1 teaspoon, drink enough
 
It cannot be used in case of sudden abdominal events (inflammation of the appendix, pancreas, peritonitis..., intestinal obstruction).
Use at least 1 hour apart from other medicines and dietary supplements.
