Creeping wheatgrass (Elytrigia repens)

Fodder is a grass that grows to a height of 150 cm and occurs along roads, fields and riverside in Europe and Asia. It contains active substances such as triticin, inulin, polyfructosan, mucilages, silicic acid and essential oils with carvone and carvacrol. The rhizome is collected. The best season to collect is autumn (September - October), but it can also be collected in spring. USE:
