Dr. Popov Psyllium - fiber helps facilitate emptying, promotes proper fat metabolism, and promotes satiety. Psyllium fiber from Dr. Popov is a soluble fiber produced by the purification of the seeds of Indian jelly seed.

DESCRIPTION: Dr. Popov Psyllium - fiber 500 g

Psyllium is a soluble fiber which is produced by the purification of the shells of the Indian Plantain (Plantago ovata husk). Psyllium Dr. Popov increases its volume in the digestive tract up to 40 times. The gel thus formed absorbs excess fluid and free swelling (mechanical force like a piston) removes harmful tracts from the tract. The foundation of a pure organism and an integral criterion of solid health is the daily healthy stool.
 
Psyllium Dr. Popov increases daily consumption of fiber, promotes proper fat metabolism and helps you maintain proper cholesterol levels. When consuming fast, Psyllium Dr. Popov the feeling of saturation, which you will enjoy in weight loss.

Psyllium is a one-year herb of the family Plantaginaceae. Until recently, this species was referred to as Plantago ovata, sometimes also Psyllium ovata.

- Adult man - 5 teaspoons
 
It can not be used: in sudden (acute) abdominal complaints - bowel obstruction, appendicitis, peritonitis, hernias, pancreatitis.

The psyllium fiber is a supplement to the diet. Psyllium Dr. Pop is not addictive. It is free of sugars, chemicals and dyes. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage of psyllium fiber.
