Psyllium is a soluble fiber which is produced by the purification of the shells of the Indian Plantain (Plantago ovata husk). Psyllium Dr. Popov increases its volume in the digestive tract up to 40 times. The gel thus formed absorbs excess fluid and free swelling (mechanical force like a piston) removes harmful tracts from the tract. USE: Dr. Popov Psyllium 120 capsules
Psyllium capsule Dr. Popov take the best fasting fast for about 30 minutes before a meal with a 2-3 hour interval when taking medicines. Take 1 - 2 times a day 3-6 capsules. The maximum daily dose is 9 capsules. Thoroughly drink them with water, herbal tea, fruit juice or other liquid.
