Energy Ylang Ylang aromatherapy essence is suitable for inducing a sense of peace and well-being not only in the home.
Energy Ylang Ylang teaches us to fully "fall in love with ourselves", to discover our uniqueness and beauty, to accept ourselves exactly as I am right now. Only such a person then establishes healthy and harmonious relationships. A whole being does not create dependencies on relationships, knows his or her value and perceives the mirroring in the relationships around him or her.
USE:
Inhalation: 2-3 drops into a diffuser or vaporizer.
Massage and skin application: 4-6 drops mixed with 20 ml of vegetable oil.
Baths: the essence should always be first mixed in an emulsifier (vegetable oil, high percentage cream or any of Pentagram® therapeutic creams) and then added to water. To increase the effect, it can be enriched with Biotermal bath salt. Bath time 20 minutes.
Dosage for full-body baths: 3-6 drops mixed with 20 ml of oil, 150 ml of cream or 1 tablespoon of therapeutic cream. Add to a bath of warm water.
Dosage for foot baths: 2-5 drops mixed with 15 ml of oil, 75 ml of cream or 1 heaped teaspoon of therapeutic cream. Add to a container of warm water, which should be enough to reach above the ankles. The bath works over the reflective areas and points on the feet.
