Extrifit Pure Citruline contains a high dose of citrulline, which is known primarily as a stimulant of nitric oxide production, thanks to which you will be able to better blood supply to your muscles during training.
Better blood flow then makes you feel better pumped up, which of course is also related to better nutrient delivery to the muscle. And this plays a very important role in muscle growth. DOSAGE:
Mix the contents of half to a full scoop (3.2-6.4 g) in 110-220 ml of water.
