Yarrow is used as a tool with which you can help the annoying cramps. Strengthens the nervous system, promotes blood circulation and metabolism. Yarrow also promotes the secretion of gastric juices. Substances in plant has anti-inflammatory and promote wound healing. Yarrow use while the need to purify the blood.
