Gently dried leaves of young barley naturally contain organically bound vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Green barley is one of the important antioxidants, which are substances that help protect us from the negative effects of harmful free radicals from the environment.
DOSAGE:
Mix 1-2 teaspoons twice a day (ie 2-4 g per day) in 150 ml of water, fruit or vegetable juice. In order to start to have a beneficial effect, it is good to use it for about two to three months. Can be added to, salads, yogurts, honey or other cold food. Drink best on an empty stomach. Do not use with hot drinks as heat neutralizes active enzymes.
