MycoMedica Reishi extract is about 20 times more concentrated than dried mushroom powder. ✔️ The polysaccharide content of MycoMedica Reishi Extract is at least 50%.

MycoMedica Reishi grows naturally (ganoderma) on decaying trunks and stumps, especially in coastal areas of China.

Compared to Reishi with 30% polysaccharides, this concentration is more suitable for acute imbalances.

Reishi (ganoderma) comes in six colour varieties, of which red is the most commonly grown. At present, the absolute majority of the world's production of shinbark comes from cultivation (e.g. 99% in Japan, similarly in China).

It was often used by Russian cosmonauts or Sherpas at high altitudes.

Imunity

The immune system is an incredibly variable and fragile regulatory system of the human body. Its strength is influenced by a number of factors.

Our body's defences are made up of an external barrier (skin) and an internal system (immune system); mucous membranes and various bacteria (commensals) are also involved. The whole system is very sophisticated and interconnected.

USE:

1-2 capsules per day (2-3 months per year) max 3-4 capsules per day (it is advisable to consult a doctor or Chinese medicine practitioner) take the capsule on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak tea.

We recommend taking it 5 days a week and skipping 2 days.
