A quality blend of spices and herbs for the preparation of a delicious dressing - suitable for salads or grilled meat.
The traditional bulk mixture allows you to prepare a delicious, delicate and creamy dressing in no time, not only for salad.
Thanks to the specific composition, the resulting dressing has a balanced sweet taste, which is complemented by the characteristic notes of garlic, mustard and turmeric.
To prepare the dressing, you will only need two ingredients: vinegar and oil. You can add finely chopped fresh onion or garlic to taste, or use cream, yoghurt, mayonnaise, mustard or lemon juice.
Recipe for basic dressing:
Drizzle vinegar and water into a bowl, add mustard and salt and pepper. Add the oil while stirring and blend until the entire mixture is thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. This classic dressing goes well with any salad.
USE:
Mix 1 heaped teaspoon of the spices (about 6 g of the mixture) with 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. You can dilute the dressing with a little water to taste.
