Due to heavy physical activity, dietary misconduct, or stress, the body may experience lower magnesium levels. USE:

In the case of preparation for prolonged physical exercise, do 2-3 days before the expected bedtime exercise. For long-lasting or demanding performance, always take the dose and use it as needed. Up to 1 shot a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
