Adults: 3 times daily 30 ml best before meals (or. Mix with water or fruit juice). Children from 3 years: 30 ml per day. After opening the bottle, store in refrigerator and consume gradually. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. This product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Not for children under 3 years. Keep out of reach of children!
