VitaHarmony Iodine extract from Kelp is made from seaweed that naturally contains iodine.
Iodine is a very important element that is essential for the proper functioning of the whole organism. It plays a role in many processes of the organism.

Quality Iodine intake is crucial to our organism. In our diet, iodine is an inadequate element, although it is very important for our organism and therefore we recommend adding it.
Thyroid gland
The thyroid gland is a small, approximately 25 g weighing gland in the hug with a breathing tube. If the thyroid gland works properly, we have good appetite, digestion and peace of mind. The thyroid gland itself, based on research into its function, just needs iodine. If thyroid hormones receive very small doses of iodine from the diet, there are changes in the structure and function of the thyroid gland.
USE:
1 tablet a day.
Swallow the whole tablet and drink plenty of liquid. At the time of pregnancy and breastfeeding, the physician will determine the dosage.
CAUTION:
Use the contents only from the undamaged safety packaging. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
