VitaHarmony's Nasturtium Supplement contains Nasturtium Extract and 7% Silicon Extract from the Horsetail Capsule. It is therefore one of the strongest products in its category on the domestic market.
This medicinal herb with the Latin name Tropaeolum majus has been popularly used for antibacterial and drainage effects. It was called the "plant antibiotic". In combination with the horsetail, its effects are supported.
Nasturtium is a suitable supplement for antibiotic treatment. We recommend using Nasturtium for urinary tract inflammation (or respiratory tract inflammation) during the period of acute trouble, to continue taking it for about 3 to 5 days after the discomfort has subsided. Nasturtium is not suitable for long-term use.
USE:
For maximum effect, the following specific recommendations should be followed when using Nasturtium: The recommended daily dose (2-3 capsules) is divided into multiple doses throughout the day. The onset of the action of biologically active substances of the nasturtium starts about 2 hours after its consumption. The maximum effect is reached after about 4 to 8 hours after administration. The effect of the active substances decreases after 8 hours after administration. Therefore, it is best to take smaller doses, ideally 3 times a day (preferably within 6-8 hours). 1 capsule 2-3 times a day. Wash the capsule with liquid
