Dr. Popov Valerian (herb + extract) capsules are supplemented with dried herbs to enhance the effects of the active ingredients.
DOSAGE:
Take 1 capsule daily approximately one hour before bedtime with a glass of water.
A higher dosage of 2 capsules per day is advisable in case of acute need.
After 4 weeks take a break of 2 weeks.
