Aloe vera
A popular succulent whose gel component or leaves can be used fresh, pickled in wine, alcohol or oil, but also dried.
Ginger
Fresh and pickled ginger is a rich source of vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, C, E), potassium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, calcium or iron. The taste of ginger is pleasant, everyone certainly knows its typical smell. The active ingredient is Gingerol, which gives the ginger a spicy taste.
Honey
Did you know that honey contains mainly simple, easily digestible sugars? That is why we like it so much. The main constituents of honey are fruit sugar (fructose) - 30% to 38% and grape sugar (glucose) - 26% to 33% and a small amount of other simple sugars.
Lemon and vitamin C
