The tincture of valerian herb brings a wide range of benefits to the body. It provides calming of the nervous system during stress and irritation, promotes healthy sleep and optimal relaxation.

Valerian is a perennial herb that is most often found on the edges of meadows or banks of streams. Today it is also cultivated for its supportive purposes. The rhizome of the plant is harvested in October. 

Valerian contains important essential oils, valepotriates, organic acids, alkaloids and many other substances that provide a complex effect on the body. It is used for making tea, making tablets, but is most effective in the form of an alcohol solution.

Valerian is important for calming the nervous system during stress and irritation, as well as for promoting falling asleep and good sleep. It induces optimal relaxation and restoration of mental and physical strength. It supports heart function, helps maintain the strength and elasticity of the vascular walls and normal blood pressure. It calms and stimulates the digestive system.

USE:

Daily dose = after shaking 20 drops 2x a day.
