Semix 1000 g oat flakes - DESCRIPTION:

Whole wheat product. The chips are heat treated and have a high content of natural fiber (9.9%), are flavored and suitable for the preparation of their own cereal mixture. They are manufactured in a unique way to achieve a pleasant crispiness.

Semix 1000 g oat flakes - EFFECTS:

* Oat flakes with high fiber content (9.9%) in combination eg. With yogurt, fruit or milk are a good start to your day

Semix 1000 g oat flakes - ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

* Fiber - has a preventive effect against colon cancer, helps reduce blood cholesterol levels, favorably affects the function of the digestive tract. Its effects are even more effective with adequate fluid intake (2 - 2.5 liters per day).

* Whole grain cereals - corn grain processing technology for crisp Semix lamella no loss of coating layers of the grain. This creates a truly whole grain cereals that are high in nutritional value and are better for humans to digest. Additionally retained most valuable substance - minerals, vitamins, nutrients, and the natural fiber.

- Oats - in comparison with other cereals highest protein content

and minerals. Known as antioxidant effects of oats and ability snižovatcholesterol in the blood.
