Sanicula Ointment by Dr. Popov to its astringent and regenerative effects, is used for the prevention and care of skin affected by hemerioda, also for some atopic eczemas.

Dr. Popov is a Czech firm RNDr. Pavel Popov, producing herbal ointments, tinctures, teas, cometics and food supplements based on the traditional family recipe.

Sanicula Ointment by Dr. Popov is suitable for skin care, in the anal area for non-bleeding hemorrhoids, and for their prevention. It is also used for certain atopic eczemas. Sanicula Ointment is remarkable for its astringent, regenerating and softening effects on the skin.

The effect of Sanicula is strengthened in the ointment by other herbs that complement each other, namely rapeseed, yarrow, fennel and thyme.

The ointment base is uncured, purified lard, which is extracted with hot steam. The ointment produced in this way has excellent lubricating properties, the lard itself resembles human fat in its composition and at the same time represents a high-quality carrier of medicinal substances contained in herbs.

In addition, Sanicula Ointment is enriched with real beeswax, which is characterized by moisturizing and protective properties.

Sanicula Europaea

Sanicula with its height of up to 50 cm grows mainly in the shade, in the Czech Republic mostly in foothills. From May to July, it blooms with small white flowers, but in these months the nectar is collected, which find its use in healing and medicine.

Sanicula contains essential oils, resins, saponins, tannins and bitters. From minerals, for example silicon, selenium or molybdenum, which have a positive effect on the skin.

USE:

Before using chamomile ointment, we recommend washing the skin with soap-free water and drying it well. The ointment is applied in a thin layer - so as not to clog the pores. We use the ointment 2-3 times a day or according to the current need. Rub it gently into the skin for 2 to 3 minutes.

We use it only around open wounds, not in them.

Pork lard, beeswax, extract of gindava, rapeseed, yarrow, dill and thyme, perfume.

Adeps Suillus, Cera Alba, Sanicula Europaea Extract, Verbascum Densiflorum Flower Extract, Thymus Vulgaris Extract, Agrimonia Eupatoria Extract, Achillea Millefolium Extract, Verbascum Thapsus Extract, Parfum.

Sanicula ointment contains no preservatives or artificial colors. We recommend to store at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.
